How to Participate
1. Go to www.madchuck.com/raffle
2. Purchase a participation entry (“ticket”) at a cost of $5.00.
3. The participant may purchase as many entries as desired; each purchase counts as an additional entry.
4. No additional purchase is required beyond the cost of the ticket.
No refunds or cancellations of entries will be accepted once processed.
Drawing Mechanics
1. All valid entries will be collected.
2. On February 2, 2025, a lawyer will conduct the random drawing (“tómbola”).
3. Four (4) winners will be selected, corresponding to prizes 1 to 4 in order of extraction.
The decision of the lawyer and MadChuck is final and unappealable.
Prizes
The approximate prizes are as follows:
1st Prize – 7-night Cruise – Approximate Value $3,500
* Cruise Jewel of the Seas – Royal Caribbean.
* Departure from Puerto Rico.
* If the winner resides in the United States, they must cover their own travel and expenses to reach Puerto Rico.
* The cruise date will be selected exclusively by MadChuck based on availability.
* The prize does not include additional expenses such as tips, excursions, drinks, purchases, additional port taxes, or any other charges.
2nd Prize – iPhone 17 + AirPods – Approximate Value $1,500
3rd Prize – $500 Gift Card + Savage Watch – Approximate Value $750
4th Prize – Ray-Ban Meta Glasses – Approximate Value $400
Prize Conditions
* Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged, or converted into cash.
* No returns, substitutions, or exchanges will be accepted.
* If any prize suffers a delay or problem from the supplier (Royal Caribbean, Apple, Ray-Ban Meta, Savage, etc.), MadChuck will not be responsible.
* MadChuck reserves the right to replace a prize with another of equal or greater value if, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize is unavailable.
The winner is responsible for any applicable contributions, expenses, or taxes.
Winner Notification
MadChuck will contact each winner by email or the number provided at the time of purchase.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
Limitation of Liability
The participant accepts that:
* MadChuck is not responsible for accidents, losses, damages, injuries, delays, travel problems, cruise itinerary changes, technical failures, or any situation that occurs before, during, or after enjoying the prize.
* MadChuck is not responsible for errors in payment systems, internet failures, programming errors, interruptions, or any event beyond its control.
* Participation is under the sole responsibility of the participant.
To the extent permitted by law, MadChuck is exonerated from all claims, damages, or causes of action directly or indirectly related to the raffle or prizes.
Publicity
By participating, the winner authorizes MadChuck to use their name, image, voice, and testimony for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable laws.
Disqualification
MadChuck may disqualify any participant who:
* Alters the system or attempts to manipulate the raffle
* Provides false information
* Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions
Additional Information
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This raffle is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, subsidiarily, by applicable federal laws of the United States.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in San Juan, Puerto Rico, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The participant expressly waives any class action.
Modifications or Cancellation
MadChuck reserves the right to modify rules, extend dates, or cancel the raffle in case of fraud, technical errors, disasters, events beyond its control, or any situation affecting the integrity of the contest.
If cancellation occurs, entries will not be refunded, unless required by law.
Acceptance
The purchase of a ticket constitutes full and absolute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
