2. Purchase a participation ticket at a cost of $5.00.

3. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they wish; each purchase counts as an additional entry.

4. No additional purchase is required beyond the cost of the ticket.

No refunds or cancellations of entries will be accepted once processed.

Approximate prizes are as follows:

1st Prize – 7-Night Cruise – Approximate Value $3,500

* Cruise Jewel of the Seas – Royal Caribbean.

* Departure from Puerto Rico.

* If the winner resides in the United States, they must cover their own airfare and expenses to get to Puerto Rico.

* The cruise date will be selected exclusively by MadChuck based on availability.

* The prize does not include additional expenses such as gratuities, excursions, drinks, purchases, additional port taxes, or any other charges.

2nd Prize – iPhone 17 + AirPods – Approximate Value $1,500

3rd Prize – $500 Gift Card + Savage Watch – Approximate Value $750

4th Prize – Ray-Ban Meta Glasses – Approximate Value $400

1. All valid entries will be collected.

2. On February 2nd, 2025, an attorney will randomly conduct the drawing ("raffle").

3. Four (4) winners will be selected, corresponding to prizes 1 to 4 in the order they are drawn.

The decision of the attorney and MadChuck is final and unappealable.

* Prizes are not transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged or converted into cash.

* No returns, substitutions or exchanges are accepted.

* If any prize experiences a delay or problem on the part of the supplier (Royal Caribbean, Apple, Ray-Ban Meta, Savage, etc.), MadChuck will not be held responsible.

* MadChuck reserves the right to replace a prize with another of equal or greater value if, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize is unavailable.

The winner is responsible for any applicable contributions, expenses or taxes.

MadChuck will contact each winner by email or number provided at purchase.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

By participating, the winner authorizes MadChuck to use their name, image, voice, and testimony for promotional purposes without further compensation, subject to applicable laws.

The participant accepts that:

* MadChuck is not responsible for accidents, losses, damages, injuries, delays, travel issues, cruise itinerary changes, technical failures, or any situation that occurs before, during, or after the enjoyment of the prize.

* MadChuck is not liable for errors in payment systems, internet failures, programming errors, interruptions, or any event beyond its control.

* Participation is undertaken under the sole responsibility of the participant.

To the extent permitted by law, MadChuck is exonerated from all claims, damages, or causes of action related directly or indirectly to the raffle or prizes.

MadChuck may disqualify any participant who:

* Tampered with the system or attempted to manipulate the raffle

* Provided false information

* Violated these Terms and Conditions

This raffle is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, subsidiarily, by applicable federal laws of the United States.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in San Juan, Puerto Rico, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

The participant expressly waives any class action waiver.

MadChuck se reserva el derecho de modificar reglas, extender fechas o cancelar la rifa en caso de fraude, errores técnicos, desastres, eventos fuera de su control o cualquier situación que afecte la integridad del concurso.

De ocurrir cancelación, las participaciones no serán reembolsadas, salvo que la ley lo exija.
